The manufacturing behind Generative Retail
Autonomous
micro-factories.
We're building fully autonomous micro-factories that turn retail orders into physical products. AI agents connect what sells to what gets made, checked and fulfilled.
Plan your production- Customer order
- Micro-factory
- Your customer
Demand arrives from your retail channel.
Built around retail demand
Sell first. The factory follows.
No opening stock
Launch compatible ranges without committing to finished inventory. Production follows customer orders.
One connected workflow
Keep product specifications, orders and fulfilment connected, rather than coordinating a separate supplier for every step.
Your brand, throughout
Build the quality, packaging and fulfilment requirements of your range into the production plan.
From a working cell to a wider system
Wrapping paper.
Lights-out production.
Our first micro-factory produces wrapping paper with zero onsite employees. Retailers can launch wrapping-paper ranges with or without personalisation.
More categories.
The same operating layer.
A network of fully autonomous production cells, coordinated by AI agents. Each new category adds its own materials, processes and quality requirements to the same order-led system.
Autonomy is an engineering goal, not a reason to remove accountability. Replenishment, maintenance, quality exceptions and human oversight remain part of the operating design.
Beyond a single product
Different products.
Connected production.
The ambition goes beyond print: connect generative product design with the production capabilities each category needs. New ranges launch as materials, quality and manufacturing routes are validated.

Planning a product range?
Which products can you manufacture today?
Wrapping paper is live in our first micro-factory, with personalisation available as an option within the range. Other categories are scoped individually for production readiness, materials and quality requirements before launch.
Does a 12-hour launch mean 12-hour delivery?
No. Launch timing refers to live product listings from an approved brief on a connected channel. Manufacturing and delivery lead times are agreed separately for each range.
What happens when an order needs attention?
The system we are building uses quality gates and exception handling to hold work that needs review. Autonomous production must include a clear path for human oversight.
